Nguyen Thi Dieu Linh is in charge of planning, execution, coordination, supervision, and quality management of RENEW’s field operations to ensure they are conducted in accordance with RENEW’s Standard Operating Procedure, International Mine Action Standards, overall plans, and program strategies. She is also responsible for training/capacity development of local staff in Land release techniques and procedures, technical methodology development, and improvement of operations in terms of relevance, quality, cost efficiency, and impact. Linh is certified as International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) EOD Level 2 by Norwegian People’s Aid. She earned a certificate from Senior Managers’ course in Explosive Remnants of War and Mine Action at James Madison University (JMU), and holds a B.A. degree in English from Hue College of Foreign Languages.
Before joining Project RENEW in Feb 2009, Linh has worked as Facilitator/Interpreter for Vietnam-Sweden “Chia Se” Poverty Alleviation Program from 2007 to 2008
