    Funds equipment, vehicles, training, and deployment of a five-person Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team to provide quick response and safely remove and destroy cluster bombs and other ordnance found in local neighborhoods, around people’s homes, gardens, and fish ponds. Based on RENEW teams’ experience, some 1,500 dangerous items of explosives would likely be removed and safely destroyed during the team’s operations over a period of one year.
