Dong Ha, Quang Tri (18 April 2017) – Today, 18 April 2017, as many localities and associations are celebrating the Viet Nam Day of Persons with Disabilities, Project RENEW’s Prosthetics & Orthotics Mobile Outreach Program deliver customized limbs and assistive devices to disabled people affected by unexploded bombs and other trauma incidents in Quang Tri Province.
