This joint document was originally presented by NPA, MAG (Mines Advisory Group) and the HALO Trust at the Ninth Meeting of States Party to the Convention on Cluster Munitions held from 2 to 4 September 2019 in Geneva, Switzerland. The document outlines the principles, approaches, and methodologies that the three organisations consider to be best practice for implementation of Cluster Munition Remnants Survey in South East Asia, based on years of experience on implementation in Cambodia, Lao PDR and Vietnam.
