Nguyen Thao Phuong is in charge of human resources at Project RENEW, where she plays an important role in the execution and enforcement of HR procedures to ensure compliance with Vietnamese legislation and donors’ stipulations.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, Phuong brings over seven years of experience as an internal accountant at Military Bank and an additional two years as an administrative officer at Masan Consumer. In 2020, she joined Project RENEW as a Finance Officer before transitioning to her current role as the Human Resources Officer.

Phuong enjoys exploring new destinations with her family, engaging in meaningful conversations with friends, and indulging in her favorite films.
