In a collaborative effort to improve the lives of those affected by war legacies, Project RENEW and the Quang Ngai Red Cross distributed essential mobility aids to 42 survivors of unexploded ordnance and other disabled persons in Mo Duc District, Quang Ngai Province. Last week, representatives from both organizations delivered wheelchairs, tricycles, and crutches directly to their homes.

This initiative exemplifies Project RENEW’s commitment to expanding its support for victims of unexploded ordnance (UXO) and disabled individuals in Mo Duc District, Quang Ngai. The program, funded by Friends of Project RENEW, brings risk education and victim assistance activities to Quang Ngai, the site of the My Lai massacre during the war.
