Duong Thi Thanh Hoa has been a member of Project RENEW since 2018, serving in the position of a Program Finance Assistant. She is currently responsible for supporting the financial management of two major programs at Project RENEW: Victim Assistance/Disability Assistance and Explosive Ordnance Risk Education. Hoa’s primary duties include ensuring that the financial activities associated with these programs adhere to Project RENEW’s policies and the stipulations set forth by donors. She regularly collaborates with the project’s partners on financial matters, which not only enhances her own expertise but also consolidates the financial management capabilities of local partners.

Hoa graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Da Nang University of Economics. With her dedication, responsibility, and eagerness to learn, Hoa hopes to contribute to Project RENEW’s mission of clearing unexploded ordnance, bringing peace to the people of Quang Tri, and assisting disabled individuals in difficult circumstances.

Hoa is also passionate about experiential travel in her free time. This is how she balances her work and life.
