(Hanoi, Vietnam) – On Friday, January 9, Project RENEW will join author and former diplomat Thomas Bo Pedersen for the launch of the Vietnamese edition of his political thriller, “Những Bóng Ma Trở Lại” (The Ghosts Return).

Mr. Pedersen has generously dedicated this event to supporting Project RENEW’s humanitarian work in Quang Tri Province.

The event, organized by Book Hunter, will feature a discussion between the author and translator Hà Thủy Nguyên on the “ghosts” of history and moral debts. Project RENEW representatives Chuck Searcy and Ngo Xuan Hien will join as guests to discuss the real-world efforts of clearing UXO and healing the land.
