V\u1ecb tr\u00ed ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i th\u00f4n Linh H\u1ea3i n\u1eb1m c\u00e1ch ga Sa Lung kho\u1ea3ng 1,6 km v\u1ec1 ph\u00eda nam, v\u00e0 ch\u1ec9 c\u00e1ch v\u0129 tuy\u1ebfn 17 \u2014 t\u1ee9c s\u00f4ng B\u1ebfn H\u1ea3i v\u00e0 gi\u1edbi tuy\u1ebfn phi qu\u00e2n s\u1ef1 l\u1ecbch s\u1eed \u2014 5 km v\u1ec1 ph\u00eda b\u1eafc. Qu\u1ea3 bom \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ebfn b\u00e3i h\u1ee7y n\u1ed5 trung t\u00e2m c\u1ee7a NPA\/RENEW t\u1ea1i th\u00f4n H\u1ed9i Y\u00ean, x\u00e3 V\u0129nh \u0110\u1ecbnh, n\u01a1i m\u1ed9t h\u1ed1 ph\u00e1 h\u1ee7y gia c\u1ed1 b\u1eb1ng 1.500 bao c\u00e1t \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb s\u1eb5n.
